OUR POLICIES

REFUND POLICY -

Majority of sales are nonrefundable due to the nature of the products we sell at NikkyWeaves Doll House. If by chance, you have received the "wrong order" please contact us directly with your order number and photos of your package. Items must be unopened & unused in order to receive an exchange or refund. 

SHIPPING & PROCESSING -

All orders are shipping Monday - Friday within 5 business days. If we are running a sale/promotion, please be advised shipping timeframes can be extended without notice due to volume of orders. We take full responsibility for your products when they are in our care. We do not control the method in which your products are delivered once responsibility is handed over to the shipping company. But Route shipping protection can give you peace of mind when ordering, adding Route protection to your order covers your package if it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

RENTING A BOOTH - 

When renting a booth inside our salon, please be mindful you must be able to work in a social/friendly environment. You must work well with others.
